Jerry Bianchi – Photography

Jerry Bianchi has been interested in photography since the 1970’s but hasn’t had the opportunity to indulge in it until this past year, 2012.  During a visit to see his daughter in Europe this past February, Jerry began to take thousands of photographs.  When he returned he began to manipulate his photos with the software he learned to use. He uploads the shot he likes best out of a series of photos and then uses Photo Shop to emphasize certain qualities.   High dynamic resolution is a technique used through Photoshop that gives the photos an ethereal glow. Jerry also experiments with black & white composition, color vibrancy, color contrast or anything else that will capture what he wants to express in the photo.

Jerry has won several awards including first place in the Cheektowaga Art Guild contest.
